The Cherry Enterprises HR Management Program

This innovative program was conceived to assist small business owners in navigating the potential minefield of Human Resources without hiring a dedicated HR staff member. Run half by seminar and half by on-site consultation, the program armed smaller operators with strategy, legal advice, policies and procedures, and a toolkit of document templates ready to be adapted to suit any small business.

The program was run in conjunction with the Department of Innovation, Industry & Regional Development, Victorian Business Centre, Vermont.

The Home Business Accelerator Program

This eight-session series was aimed at helping home-based business owners to develop and sustain their companies, as well as bringing them together in community networking.

This program was run in conjunction with the City of Stonnington, The City of Monash, The City of Melbourne, the Melbourne Development Board and the Monash Enterprise Centre.
